So I have finally decided the avenue in which I want to travel on with my art: graphic design with a focus on logo, mascot art and web pages. Basically, I want to do the actual creative aspects of online. I've been working on some logos on the side and just finished a website but finding new work is looking grim. Hopefully, something will pop up some time soon.
Here is to being optimistic!
On a side not I completely re-vamped my website, so to speak. I added a Polish version as well as making the buttons a bit more appealing.

Many New Updates
Hello all,
I finally took the time to update my web site. Including buying a domain name. I found a really great place to buy .eu domains at www.doteasy.com. They actually give you FREE web hosting with a domain purchase, I have to say that's a pretty great deal. For now they provide plenty of space for what I need.
Anyways, I also added two new pieces in the illustration section. One is of some Polish animals that I did in Illustrator and the other is of the first of three pieces that was published in July's issue of "Świat Koni".
Here it is:

The next two illustrations will be for August and September.
Currently I am working on Danusia and I's children's book. It is taking longer than expected but the first page is just about finished, I am quite pleased thus far.
Also, I went to a gallery opening here in my city (Olsztyn) and I talked with the owner while I was there. She said that she would be interested in possibility having an art show with my work. I could probably use the exposure, but then I would have to speak Polish and make all these new paintings and well, I guess I should probably do it though.
Other than that I'm looking for a new art project, I am considering taking on a web site to design I sent an email to a lady looking for a designer, I'll see how that goes.
Other than that things are swell.

Repair

So, this piece changed quite dramatically from the original. I have to admit that I thoroughly enjoy the contrast of reds and blues. This was my first painting in oils in about two years; I have thus decided that I like oils much more than acrylics. We will have to see what kind of relationship develops between oils and I.

Packed
This piece was also for Illustration Friday. The topic "packed" was perfect as Danusia and I were moving that same week. We moved about a block away so we carried all of our things, I think we made about eight trips. Unfortunately, because of the move I was not able to finish the painting in time, hmm...ironic. I also think that the painting is less exaggerated than the amount of things we were actually carrying. Regardless, here you have it:

First Illustration Friday Post
I have to admit I'm not entirely happy with this piece (other than the emo girl). I was not terribly comfortable working in Illustator. However, after creating this piece I am pretty confident that if I wanted to I could create a much better work with the success I had in creating the emo girl. But I have decided that I do not want to use Illustrator to make anymore artwork per say, I do not think we mesh well (no pun intended).
